As a telehealth therapist and the Telehealth Team Lead at Clear Skies Therapy Center, Lexy takes an eclectic, holistic approach — looking at the whole person rather than just their symptoms — drawing from CBT, DBT, EMDR, and Art Therapy to meet each client where they are. She empowers clients to uncover their inner strength while navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, addiction, self-harm, and relationship challenges.

She is a Certified Advanced Grief Recovery Specialist and Life Coach, passionate about supporting people through emotional pain, loss, life transitions, and the stresses of caregiving.
