Lexy Bope earned her Master's Degree in Social Work from Boise State University and brings a rich clinical background spanning inpatient psychiatric care, community mental health, and children's mental health research. She is EMDR trained and specializes in trauma and PTSD, with a passion for working with teens, adults, and foster youth. As a telehealth therapist and the Telehealth Team Lead at Clear Skies Therapy Center, Lexy takes an eclectic, holistic approach — looking at the whole person rather than just their symptoms — drawing from CBT, DBT, EMDR, and Art Therapy to meet each client where they are. She empowers clients to uncover their inner strength while navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, addiction, self-harm, and relationship challenges.
