Our team of compassionate therapists at Clear Skies Therapy Center, LLC is dedicated to helping client's of all ages navigate through life's challenges. Each therapist brings a unique perspective and expertise to provide personalized care.
Melissa Kohler, LCPC
Melissa Kohler earned her Master’s Degree in Counseling from Oregon State University and has worked in schools, inpatient psychiatric care, and private practice. She is trained in EMDR, sandtray therapy, and animal-assisted therapy, and is passionate about supporting clients through trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, behavior challenges, and suicidal ideation.
Melissa also has extensive knowledge of IDEA and ADA laws. She blends evidence-based practices with creative and experiential approaches to help clients and families thrive.

Jenna Whaite, LMSW
Jenna graduated with her Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California (USC). Jenna has years of experience working as a counselor at an inpatient psychiatric unit. In addition, Jenna has a wealth of experience working in community mental health and crisis stabilization services. Jenna has a passion for working with children and teens and advocates for early mental health treatment and reducing mental health stigma. Jenna has started her training in child-centered play therapy and is looking forward to continuing her training in this area.

Veronica, LCPC
Veronica is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Idaho with over seven years of experience. She earned her Master's Degree in Marriage, Family, and Couples Counseling from Northwest Nazarene University. Specializing in Gottman Couples Therapy, Advanced Trauma techniques, affirming care, and as a certified Prepare and Enrich facilitator, Veronica tailors her eclectic approach to meet clients' unique needs. As a Gestalt, Person-Centered Therapist, Veronica supports individuals, couples, families, and adolescents, particularly within LGBTQIA and BIPOC communities. She provides compassionate care for issues such as grief, racial disparities, sexuality, gender, parenting, depression, and anxiety. Her goal is to foster healing and personal growth in every counseling experience.

Lexy Wilson, LMSW
Lexy Wilson earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Boise State University, where she also contributed as a research associate post-graduation on a National Institute of Mental Health grant focused on children’s mental health. With experience working in an inpatient psychiatric unit and providing individual therapy, Lexy now works as a full-time telehealth therapist. She is passionate about supporting teens and adults facing depression, anxiety, trauma, suicidal thoughts, addiction, self-harm, and relationship challenges. Lexy empowers clients to uncover their inner strength and resilience through a collaborative yet directive approach, utilizing evidence-based techniques such as CBT, DBT, EMDR and Art therapy.

Anna Martin, LPC
Anna Martin received her Master's Degree in Counselor Education from Boise State University. Anna has experience in school-based mental health, crisis intervention, and individual and group counseling with the K-12 population. Anna has a passion for play therapy and enjoys working with children and teens. She is a strong believer in partnering with parents in the play therapy process. Anna is currently working towards obtaining her Registered Play Therapist (RPT) certification. Additionally, Anna has training and experience providing parenting support to strengthen the child/parent relationship and has plans to complete further training and certification in this area.

Melissa Maycroft, LPC
Melissa is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Idaho. Melissa has over 9 years of experience working with school aged children and their families through school based therapy programs. Melissa uses a humanistic approach that focuses on mindfulness and cognitive behavior therapy. Melissa strongly believes that providing a comfortable and safe environment is key to the success of her clients. She has a wealth of experience working with anxiety, depression, grief and trauma related experiences and diagnoses. Melissa is passionate about helping children and families navigate the challenges of life.

Jackelle Knickrehm, LMSW
With over a decade of experience in social work, Jackelle is dedicated to helping children and adolescents navigate life's challenges. Jackelle specializes in using art therapy to foster healing and self-discovery in a trauma-informed and non-judgmental environment. Jackelle's goal is to empower each child to recognize and embrace their unique strengths and abilities through a variety of therapeutic techniques, including art therapy and mindfulness-based practices. Jackelle is committed to creating a safe and nurturing environment where young people can express themselves openly and work towards their personal goals

Kyle Dumpel, LPC
Kyle is a Licensed Professional Counselor, with a Master's Degree in Counseling and a Bachelor's in Psychology, both from Boise State University. Kyle has had the privilege of gaining experience working with a wide range of populations, with most of his experience working with youth and young adults. Kyle's areas of interest include: trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, perfectionism, grief and loss, autism, and intellectual disabilities. Kyle comes from a humanistic, non-directive person-centered approach to counseling that focuses on creating a welcoming environment where you take control of your sessions. My job is to support you in your journey, helping you learn more about your body, mind, and how they should be working with each other while reflecting on how your past experiences are impacting you in the present moment.

Dr. Carrie Miller, PsyD
Dr. Carrie L. Miller is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in psychological assessments for adolescents and adults. She focuses on diagnosing and supporting individuals with learning disabilities, ADHD, and autism spectrum disorder (ASD), providing tailored, evidence-based interventions. With a compassionate and personalized approach, Dr. Miller empowers her clients to navigate challenges, achieve their goals, and thrive in academic, personal, and professional settings. She also collaborates with schools and organizations to foster inclusive environments for neurodiverse individuals

Rachel Ford, LCPC
Rachel Ford, a licensed counselor since 2016, holds a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Mississippi State University. She spent 11 years with the State of Idaho providing mental health evaluations and counseling for justice-involved individuals, later transitioning to community mental health. Rachel now offers both telehealth and in-person therapy, primarily supporting adolescents and adults with mood and anxiety disorders, substance use, identity exploration, and trauma recovery. Her approach integrates evidence-based methods including CBT, IFS, DBT, and ACT. Clients can expect a nonjudgmental space with compassionate guidance. Rachel is also introducing nature and animal-assisted therapy at the Star location.

Maycie Radcliffe, LPC
Maycie is a Nationally Certified Counselor, and a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Idaho, having earned her Masters Degree in Counselor Education from Boise State
University. Maycie enjoys working with adolescents, teens, and young adults struggling with life transitions, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, and interpersonal relationships. Maycie is passionate about fostering a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship with clients
and their parents to promote healing and growth through a Humanistic, Strengths Based, Person-Centered approach. Depending on the client’s needs, Maycie utilizes evidenced based techniques such as Solution Focused, CBT, and Play Therapy. Maycie’s hope for her clients’ is that they come to sessions feeling safe, empowered, heard, and seen.

Jo-Ellen Watson, PhD, LMSW
Dr. JoEllen Watson is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Supervisor in Washington and Idaho. She received her MSW and Ph.D. in Social Welfare from the University of
Washington. With more than 30 years of experience in physical and behavioral health, she has also served as a professor of Sociology and Social Work. She is a Certified
Advanced Grief Recovery Specialist and Life Coach.
Her passion is supporting people as they navigate emotional pain from loss, life transitions, chronic physical pain, and the stresses of caregiving for children and adults.

Kelli Barnes, LCPC
Kelli Barnes, LCPC, is licensed in Idaho, UT, SC, and TX and has worked in the mental health field since 2004. She earned her Master’s in Professional Counseling with a minor in Forensic Psychology from Argosy University in 2007 and later obtained a Play Therapy Certificate from Capella University.
Kelli uses play therapy, Adlerian, and Cognitive-Behavioral approaches, including Trauma-Focused CBT, to support children and adolescents. With adults, she integrates CBT, CPT, EMDR for PTSD, Adlerian, Humanistic, and Dialectical Behavioral methods, addressing concerns such as depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, and life transitions.
As a military spouse of 18+ years, she is passionate about serving active-duty members, veterans, and their families across diverse mental health settings.

Rami Roe, LMSW
Rami Roe is a Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW), having earned both her Bachelor’s of Arts in Social Work and Master’s of Social Work from Boise State University. Rami enjoys working with all kinds of individuals, with most of her experience being with adolescents and adults with mood, anxiety, and psychotic disorders, trauma recovery, substance use, crisis intervention, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
Rami’s approach to therapy is client-centered and trauma-informed, having specialized training on trauma-informed care with children and families and crisis intervention. She also draws upon aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), & Narrative Therapy. Rami believes in tailoring her approach to each client she encounters to honor their autonomy in their treatment. Overall, Rami focuses on empowering clients to foster healing and growth and to accomplish their goals.
In her free time, Rami enjoys being in nature, music, coffee, and playing with her cat Suki.

Danielle Cremer, MSW
Danielle Cremer is currently an intern at Clear Skies Therapy Center and a Master of Social Work student at Northwest Nazarene University, set to graduate in May 2026. Danielle enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults. She strives to help clients with transitions, anxiety, trauma, and self-esteem. Danielle is EMDR trained and can utilize this in session to help clients when necessary. She wants to be a safe space where clients can grow towards the life they want for themselves.

Julie Deveraux
Julie is a clinical intern with over 20 years of experience as a corporate executive, where she spent her career leading teams and navigating complex, high-pressure environments. After retiring from executive leadership, she felt a strong calling to transition into therapy in order to help others through periods of change, stress, and personal growth. She brings a thoughtful, grounded perspective shaped by real-world experience, along with formal clinical training, and strives to create a supportive, respectful space where clients feel heard and understood.

Ellee Gelvezon, LMSW
Ellee is a therapist who primarily works with children and the grown-ups who love them! If you’re here, you might be holding questions, worries, or hopes for a child or maybe yourself. Her goal is to offer a space that feels calm, comfortable, and easy to step into, where sharing doesn’t feel forced and you don’t have to have the right words. She loves supporting children, parents, adolescents, adults, and expectant mothers considering adoption.
She is wife and a mom of three, and that lived experience shapes how she shows up in her work with warmth, patience, and a soft sense of humor. Outside of sessions, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, being outside, and riding her bike often with an iced ube oat milk matcha in hand. She received her MSW from Boise State University and uses a child-centered play therapy approach to help those she works with feel seen, heard, and supported in meaningful ways. If it feels like a gentle fit, she'd be happy to work with you!

Taleah Kohler, MPA

Taleah is completing her Master’s in Public Administration and brings a fresh perspective and dedication to her role at Clear Skies Therapy Center. She is passionate about promoting equity and inclusion within mental health services and is committed to supporting both clients and staff by ensuring the clinic runs smoothly and effectively. Outside of work, Taleah enjoys spending time in nature, practicing self-care, and caring for the earth. She believes that balance, sustainability, and compassion are essential not only for personal well-being but also for building strong, supportive communities.

Debbie Fry, BA
Debbie Fry earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Oregon State University in 2013 after dedicating many years to raising her children. As our Office Assistant, she handles client communication and scheduling with care and efficiency, ensuring a welcoming and seamless experience for all. Debbie is deeply committed to supporting others and cherishes time with her family.

Evaluations, including cognitive scores, are for the purpose of educational evaluation. My assessment training and experience are from a school psychologist's perspective. Although I have some exposure to clinical psychological assessments, this is not an area of expertise for me.
